The Venue

Karuna Flame Holistic Retreat Centre is in a very quiet countryside location in south Co. Sligo, North West of Ireland. It is the property of Irish shakers Kris and Karen. They extend a warm welcome to fellow shakers to come and experience a community style retreat in the quiet countryside of County Sligo in the West of Ireland. It is a 'very close to nature' venue.

The location is very close to nature. Kris and Karen have an amazing organic fruit and vegetable garden contributing to a culinary delight!!!

Lough Gara is a local lake less than 2km away where we often go for a swim
after a shake on retreats, so if you're coming, bring your swimsuit!!

Seasonal Organic Fruit and Vegetables grown on site are used for meals, if available.
